I just went in for gels on my hands. I was so pleased to find that when I called at 5 P.M., they could still get me in at 6. When I went in a few minutes early, there was no waiting, and my technician was friendly, helpful and gentle. In addition, when I changed my mind about the nail color a few times before we started, there was absolutely no attitude. They bent over backwards to make me feel welcome. The process didn't take long and I watched an interesting show while she worked on my hands. My daughter and I went in for pedicures once before and we were treated the same way. Lovely women in there. I've had gels done before at another shop and whatever they did caused pain in my fingers. Not here. Perfect polish job and I can tell they are going to last. I WILL BE BACK!

Great service. The manicure was about what I wanted rather than their process. all staff is friendly and willing to help. Appointment is a must though.

From beginning to end this place was horrible!! The people were rude Not only to me but the other people that made appointments had to wait. I was forced to use the ATM when could have taken my card.

I have been going to this establishment since July 2009, it us the best deal in the Boise area hands down. They do not thin their polish like many places do. I wish I could take a picture of my nails right now as I just got back from my mani/pedi and they are beautiful. We had a bridal party there the night before my daughter's wedding last June and are doing it again this June for the next daughter. The whole bridal party was done to perfection and the whole bridal party still goes there on a regular basis. This is a clean, beautiful salon and the massage chairs are to die for. I go there to be pampered and pampered I am. I love you Unique Nails, you are the best. The price is right so check them out for yourself, you won't be sorry.
