Bad experience by ronaldsnexus - 04/04/2008I have a Taurus Wagon. Edina location installed amp, radio, and four speakers. They blew up a very expensive Harmon Kardon amp (didn't get paid for that). They didn't put the lug nut on the spare tire, it would fly out on turns, the panel flew off and wrecked a wedding cake (major expense). The car was returned to me with 90% engine noise, only three working speakers, and a/c knob kept flying off. They charged me $370, and destroyed my car. One of their other locations had to fix it twice. Then, I finally took it to another Car Stereo company who fixed it. Bad workmanship all the way around. Store manager made matters worse.
