They Are Unbelievable and not punctual by Jimmy5X - 07/07/2009They do not show up for appointments. I have been waiting two months to get a sump pump installed. When you schedule the appointment date they expect you to call them again on that date to get a "three hour window" of when they might show up. They are really bad news. They act like they are doing you a favor and charging you up the wazoo. I definitely hate this company and will never use them ever again or recommend.
It's hard to get a paid receipt by mjh - 03/18/2009I had interior drain tiles installed. The crew did a good job, but when I asked the crew chief for a copy of the receipt he said they'd mail it to me. Well, it's been 7 weeks and I still don't have a copy of the receipt. It'll probably be hard to get warranty work (I don't need any right now), without the receipt. I eamiled them and never heard back. When I called I was given to voicemail where the person said "if you're calling regarding paid receipts, I will not return your call." This is putting a damper on what was otherwise a good experience.
