They sold a LG phone that has known problems. You can search "LG4 bootloop" and read all about it. Yes its a month past warranty, but LG admits the problem and instructs us to go to our local provider where we purchased it for service. They are no help at all in Sevierville. All they do is refer us back to the manufacturer. No loaner. No assistance. Nothing. Beware!
