It is what it is. Be prepared before you go.

I read people complaining about the $2.00 entry fee. It's the same at any other big pick yard. Pick a Part in Cali, and Pull ur Part in Phoenix is the same way- $2.00 entry fee. It's like a dirty night club...just because you pay a cover charge doesn't mean you'll get lucky and take home what you're looking for, lol. If your not willing to pay $2.00 to save a lot more...I don't know what to tell you, except...stop being so cheap! The people who work there have to eat too. Be prepared before you get there. Check the availability list. PRINT THE PRICE LIST AND TAKE IT WITH YOU.(*Hint, put the price list in those plastic page covers you get at Staples, Office Max etc. and a binder.) This way you'll know what you are gonna pay before you get to the counter. So tired of being behind people in line who are bitching about the prices, or have to ask the guy at the counter what the price is for every item they have and making everyone else wait while they try to figure out what they want to pay for. I don't disagree that some of their prices are a bit bogus. I bought a bench seat, because I had a price list with me I knew to take the track off to save $18.00. Got a $100.00 seat for $45.00 out the door!Fact is, we're lucky to have a big pick yard in PV. Saves a trip to Phoenix. Happy picking!
This Place is great, Best Place in town to find CHEAP CAR PARTS I DON'T CARE WHAT OTHERS SAY!!!!!

This place is great , been there several times and never had a problem. guys on the counter and the guys that work out back are always helpful and nice. The prices are cheap compared to the valley. They have a club card available for those that go there more than 1 time a month. only $10.00 for the whole month and I go there every other day. The guys on the counter will help you find what parts will fit on your car or truck they have a parts exchange program that will tell you how many cars have the same part on them. Don't blame the counter guys they will do everything possible to help you find the part or car, Just ask if you can't find what your looking for.

The guy at the counter when & set down & wouldn't wait on me, some fluffy dude come out of trailer outside & bounced over to the counter like I asked a question that was out of place! I was charged $10.00 supposed to be $9.99 but whatever! I just don't understand the way they treat people maybe fluffy don't like females would have liked to put a boot up his butt was afraid I would get my foot stuck!!! VERY UNHAPPY!!

Way over priced & hidden fees

The prices here are way too high, and they charge core charges for some items that are just ridiculous. $2.05 core charge on seats for one. Might as well go to the parts store and get a new part with a warranty, lifetime even. If they would drop the core charges and cut their prices by 50%, they would be so much busier.
Charging to get in

What was written above is one reason why I've never gone to this business. Having to PAY to go in, there is something wrong with this picture.

Two 140 mile round trips for a drive shaft I was assured they had. Only problem is they looked like bananas---bent. They should tell you that they move the vehicles by fork lift---without removing the driveshaft first----DUH! ! !

Super clean lot considering what it is. It definitely was the cleanest used auto parts place I have been with a good amount of inventory.
Place is a rip off

This place charges $2 just to go in. I bought a used alternator that didn't work, brought it back and had to pay to go swap it out! Second didn't work either but I give up. Not paying $2 every time I have to go pull another alternator. Also, a core charge for used seats?? Really??
They just want you to got the website

When you call they just continually redirect you back to the website, however most features on the website are down, so you can't get any information.
