Not much on customer service or protection of property by Cooper 1 - 07/29/2009I had the unique opportunity of calling on Two Man Movers to assist me with a move and the storage. Due to illness, I fell behind on some payments, and they refused to negotiate any type of deal. Lets not mention that the company failed to bill me as well. Still my responsibility, I was juggling living expenses with mounting medical bills. the company offered no pay arrangements. They were also very well aware of my medical condition at the time as well. I finally did pay them in full, and found a damaged stove, fridge and lamps. also upon moving out, the warehouse was extremely dirty. Thus everything in storage was covered with dirt and soiled wet spots. Derek, the manager, refuses to address the issues of damage to my appliances. Good luck to future customers!
Efficient, Professional, and affordable by 789 - 06/13/2008Two Man Movers was amazing! They got the job done, and were very friendly and very professional at doing their job. I felt that I could trust them with moving my things, and didn't have to worry if the job would get done or not. I highly recommend them!!!
