I called this company today 11/01/14 at 11:00am and told them I need service for my Samsung 62' DLP. I told them my thought was that we needed a new lamp. He asked for the model number to make sure that they had the part in stock. They happened to have the part so he explained the process including fees and informed me that someone could repair it between 12-2 today. They showed up at 1:15 and left at 1:45. Job well done!!! Very quick and professional. Last time we had this issues, another company took a little over a week to get the part. Plus we had to take the TV to their location. Twins TV Repair come right to your house!! Thanks guys for getting us up and running on the same day!!! The Wagners.

My 70" big screen tv was turning off when ever it had a mind to. Called Twins TV to come out and repair it. They came out but the TV was not turning off on it's own at that time and he tells me he can't trouble shoot the problem until it does it. It may not do it for days. He charged me $109.00 for service charge and told me he could not do anything at that time. A week late I called them because it was doing it again. They told me they would be out between noon and 4:00pm the next day. They never showed up or called. Two days later they call and say they will be out tomorrow. I told them no, I would call someone who gave a damn. Called another repair service. They were there on time. Told him the TV was not doing it at that time and he said no problem, he could duplicate it and he did. It was a couple of loose connections and he fix it right then. Very reasonable also. I do not recommend Twins to anyone. They are not dependable and their repairman obviously did not know what he was doing. Will never call them again.
