Came out in November 2014 to put in a glass shower, estimated cost $2100, glass is very nice since I went with the Guardian Showerguard. On October of this year, 2015 noticed door was sticky and hard to push out from inside, called them because it was still under warranty, They ignored my call, kept calling them, finally in November called them, I was told that he may not come out here to fix it because he's busy with other jobs and he would not be in our area!! It's now mid December and I still haven't heard a word out of them! Love their glass product but hate their customer service especially when it comes to coming back to check on the door hinges!!

I would not recommend this business to anyone. The entire experience from start to finish was completely unprofessional. After encountering a counter woman who seemed clueless and had to make phone calls to place my order I waited 6 weeks for installation after being told 2-3 weeks. The installation itself was also less than desirable. Was told to wait 72 hours before using shower (in which we did) but there was still leaks due to poor workmanship. In the meantime, they wanted the remaining payment in full which was over a $1000. I was called the day after installation asking why payment was not made by 8:30 that morning. I explained that I would be there around noon and when I showed up to make my payment, I was met with a nasty woman who should not be allowed to work with the public. She gave me a horrible attitude with sarcastic remarks and I was giving her a large check. I would tell people to shop around and beware that this company does not deserve consumer business. They lack professionalism, integrity, and offer poor craftsmanship.

I had a great experience...Quick turnaround on shower doors in our new beach house. Great service, prompt and on time.......Price was excellent. Everything i was promised i received.

TWIN GLASS ON THE BLACKHORSE PIKE IS ABSOLUTLEY UNPROFESSIONAL! THEY NEVER SHOWED UP FOR MY FIRST APPOINTMENT, CAME BACK A SECOND TIME FROM ME GOING TO THE ACTUAL LOCATION, CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE, HOWEVER THEY TOOK MY MEASUREMENTS SO I FIGURED I FINISH BUSINESS WITH THEM AND GET IT OVER WITH, COME TO FIND OUT THEY THREW MEASUREMENTS OUT TOLD ME TO FIND SOMEONE ELSE! TALK ABOUT POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, THIS WAS UNBELIEVABLE. ONLY A MATTER OF TIME BEFORE THEY ARE OUT OF BUSINESS!
