I agree with the other review. First I get a call that they are delivering today and make arrangements to have someone here during their "4 hour window," to only get a call they can't come and it will probably be Wednesday. Then they call to confirm next Saturday! I'm gone the next two Saturdays and now won't get my delivery for 3 weeks! Are you kidding me!???!!! So angry! Avoid this company!!!

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. STAY AWAY!!! They are the most unprofessional and unorganized company I have ever had to deal with. We ordered a Saavta mattress and Saavta uses this company to deliver their products. Let me say Saavta has been wonderful through all of this we have had no issues with them. Their rep answers our calls immediately and does his best to accommodate use. First of all we were told we would get our mattress within 18 days. Well 18 days goes by and we haven't heard anything. Call the mattress company and they apologize profusely saying the bed is at the delivery service and they will call them. An hour later I get a call wanting to set up delivery. They said Tuesday December 9 between 3 and 7 pm. I said that was fine but that we worked until 3 but could be home by 3:15 to meet them. I worked a night shift the night before and am sleeping when a loud knock comes to the door at 12 pm. I peek out the window and it's the delivery people. I ignore them. Mind you they promised to call 1 hour prior to make sure we were around and I never received any calls. They come back at 2:30 and demand the bed has to be delivered NOW. I say no my husband isn't home. I am very pregnant and can't move the bed we have out of the room and that he will be home in 45 minutes. The man was EXTREMELY rude and says he will not wait past 3 pm. I explain he wasn't even supposed to be here until after 3 but nope as my husband is pulling in the driveway in a rush after leaving work early they leave. We call the mattress company they apologize and get ahold of the delivery company. The president of Twin Cities Moving calls us and tell us he is so sorry and the bed will be delivered first thing in the morning and they will call before hand. We get up early and wait until noon. No calls, no delivery. We try for two hours to get ahold of anyone and can't. Finally get ahold of the moving company and the receptionist says "um nope they have scheduled your bed to come NEXT Tuesday between 2 and 6 pm" when mind you that was NEVER run past us. We both work that day and it doesn't work. We call the president again and he totally plays dumb saying "I never told you it would be delivered in the morning! I said they would call in the morning!" Well we never got a call or our delivery. We are on the brink of canceling the whole bed and buying local. They are absolutely awful. If you buy a Saavta mattress definitely insist that they use a different delivery company.
