Super expensive - poor quality - no warranty by ksaales - 12/21/2007
We had been taking our cars to Tunex for 5 years for repairs. They were significantly more expensive, but we figured that if there was a problem, they would back up their work. They did an oil change and forgot to refill the radiator. The car overheated and the engine blew a cylinder. Although they admitted that they did not refill the radiator, they would not do anything to help us. They claim they have a 6 month warranty, but they would not fix this. We will never go back there again.
