this company has ABSOLUTELY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. there internet service, by way of an antenna, can work fine, or not work at all. if it isn't working you have no recourse what so ever. after calling tech support and being told to , unplug your modem, they are done, until it just happens to start working, or not. many of us have no other options, so we suffer through.
