We had a problem with our camera and were worried about it getting fixed,My husband looked up shops in Tucson and yours had the best rating.We4 went in you looked over the camera fixed the problem within about 5 minutes!!!!Yes it was an easy thing for you but one we never would have thought of,You were so nice so helpful and just all around great. it was just the card in it but meant everything to me as I use it for kids grandkids and everything.Everyone needs to go to this business. They will be treated right and get their money worth!!!!!!!Thanks Shirley

What Mr. Wayne failed to say in his review was that it was his responsibility to call us for the estimate. Also he failed to tell us that the camera had water damage. We sent his camera to the Canon Factory for repair, the camera had multiple electronics boards replaced due to the water damage.We gave him the repair at cost we didnt make a dime off his repair. We paid to have the camera shipped back next day air so he could have it for a trip he was going on. He showed of 3 or 4 days later to pick it up. I guess it was as urgent as he said. Our technician did not see the water damage if we had we never would have touched his camera. We apologized to the customer and told him we all make mistake. He thanked us with his great post on INTEGRITY.

I brought my Canon xti in to be repaired because the flash wasn't popping up automatically and I couldn't take some dark shots in macro. I paid the $45 for them to check what was wrong. They took their time getting back to me so after three weeks I called. They told me it would cost $250 for a new flash board but had to order the part. They needed me to give them my ok and charge it to my card PRIOR to getting the repair. I reasoned that it would be in good working order and I would have a fully functioning camera afterward. Once again I waited three weeks. I called and they told me it had rust in it and they needed to send out for a part and it may take another three weeks. I went to the store the next day to ask to see the camera. They told me it was too late because they didn't have it because it has been at the Canon repair shop. I asked them why they didn't tell me about the rust prior to sending it out so I could decide to not have it repaired. The owner told me that he was embar

Went in last week after my son accidentally dropped my camera and the auto lens cover mechanism broke into several different pieces. I was in and out the door in less than 10 minutes, my camera repaired free of charge! My husband had told me this was the place to go for camera repair, but am I ever a believer now! (Jan 2010)
