TFCU is the #1 bank in the country for rude âcustomer serviceâ, refusal to take ownership of mistakes, an unscrupulous fee structure, and a primitive inability to leverage technology towards the improvement of banking services.The âcustomer serviceâ department is staffed by upper-middle-aged women who go by pure Midwestern names such as Bev, Cookie, and Susan; have personal email addresses that end with @aol.com, and donât like telephone numbers with â0âs in them because they take too long to dial on the rotary. These luddites are your one and only resource for online banking tech support, credit card services, and any other reason you might need to call a bank. They will not return your calls; they will not return your emails (they donât know how). They rely on fax and snail mail. Cookie is the worst of them all; she is a high-school dropout with no GED and bad table-manners.Hans, their leader and promoter of the ossified status quo, has shown time and time again that he does not value the business of those who put him in his late model Lamborghini Diablo. He does not care about the struggling single mom; he is too busy sipping Grey Goose on Lake Minnetonka. He will hang up the phone on her. Hans considers the operation to be a success, and unsatisfied customers are just business as usual to Hans at TFCU.In summary, TFCU is without a doubt the worst bank in the nation. In many ways, they resemble a Nigerian lottery scam outfit, only with much less class. You are not a human being to them; you are nothing more than the identification number tattooed on your arm. This truly is the worst bank in the country. Do not bank here. Listen to the other reviewers. Take your business elsewhere!!!

I have been a customer at this bank for thirty years and I have to agree with everyone else this bank has gone to the pigs!. They are no longer interested in helping out their customers. They are just like all the other banks. They are in it for what ever they can get from their customers. I am considering closing my account after all these years.
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE by
I have been a member of this bank for over 15 years. In the past year, there has been an extreme degradation in the level of customer service. The tellers have been rude, and the management appears to be incompetant. I highly recommend not banking here, unless you enjoy being hassled.
No More Personal Touch by
I had been a credit union member for 18 years and have now closed my account. As a small business owner I don't have a lot of time for nonsense. They used to have wonderful, personal customer service but now it seems like they're turning into just another robot fee gathering bank. If I wanted impersonal service like this I would have always been with Wells Fargo. For some reason they've changed the personal touch that brought me to them in the first place and that is disappointing. I would not recommend TFCU.
