Trustone - the definition of poor leadership and implementation

by dave , 03/26/2014

Trustone is a case study of leadership gone bad. Implementation of new tools is atrocious and communication is incredibly poor. They have taken a great organization (Teachers Credit Union) and in two years removed nearly all credibility. They do not respond to members requests, either by phone or email. As a member you feel powerless. Frontline staff is exceptional, but are covering for a management plan that is poorly conceived and communicated. managers are not allowed to even view payment histories!!!!
