DO NOT RENT!!!!!. worst property management I've been through,been through hell with these f#×#ing people they don't help the renter in any way they only look out for them self's their so called "boss" is scared to talk to anyone and has all her puppet staff do the talking for her you would think that the landlord should work for the renter and do anything possible to keep them happy but not these people specially when it comes to repairs you as a renter have to pay for the repair which they dont fix and then want to charge you 6 months later for. So if your looking to rent DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Do NOT rent from this company. They say they will take care of a problem and then lie about doing it. They are very rude everytime we call. They don't even deserve one star, for they haven't been pleasing since the day after we signed the lease. They also decide they can show up without notice and be in your house going through closets trying to find the key to a locked bedroom!!! Not only were they there, but they were showing the house to people looking to rent for the next year. This company has caused me more stress and money than it is worth.

We were looking for a two bed/two bath in the Greeley area. When we called, the woman who answered the phone was rude and unknowledgeable. First, she advised to look at the properties on the website, but then later said that the website was not updated and most of the properties had been rented. A complete wast of time and energy. A property management company is responsible for finding a home and they are the ones you go to when something happens to said home. At the very least, they should know what they are talking about, and a LITTLE courtesy would be nice!!

This was the worst agency I have ever rented from. They refused to fix problems after we moved in, refused to handle any property issue we had and would not call us back for weeks on end despite repeat attempts to contact them. They promised things that they didn't put on the lease that caused problems with our neighbors, and refused to fix MAJOR issues in our neighbor's apartments as well. When our lease was up we spent a full 2 days cleaning our apartment. Despite this, True Abundance let it sit vacant for 17 DAYS and then charged us more than half of our deposit for a cleaning company to come in and dust. We received what was left of our deposit at the very end of the grace period, and only because we repeatedly contacted them about it.



In short, avoid this company at all costs, or your money and sanity will end up in as terrible condition as your apartment.
