Extremely Poor Service and very poor installation service by Disappointed in Berwyn, IL - 06/02/2009Tru-Link committed to completing our vinyl BuffTech fence in two days. It took them over 2 months, and we are not happy with the final product!In the first place, their installers had never installed a PVC fence prior to ours (the foreman informed me of this). When I viewed obvious construction problems while the fence was being constructed, I called the salesman who requested that I walk outside and correct them. Naturally, I informed him that if he wanted me to run his team I would need a huge discount on the fence.In the end, the only consistent thing I have found Tru-Link to deliver is their constant over-selling while under-delivering and their failure to communicate.
bait and switch, shoddy work by steelgate - 11/26/2008subs walk off job in progress, company won't stand behind work, poor material quality and you can see thru the privacy fence, they want twice the contract price to "fix" the job, don't trust them, in my opinion, walk away before you lose value in your home
