Troy Granite installed countertops in our kitchen recently. We were a little apprehensive due to our past experiences with some contractors in DE. From the first consultation to the final install, everyone at Troy was wonderful. Matt Muscat answered all of our questions and put our apprehension to rest. The installers, Phillip and Pablo, called to ask if they could arrive early, were very neat, worked quickly and efficiently and I could not be happier with the end result. I would absolutely recommend Troy again, without reservation.

I just want to say my wife and I are extremely pleased with the folks at Troy Granite. This feeling includes everyone from the sales staff, the administrative staff, the granite cutters, and the installers. They were prompt in arriving, very friendly and courteous and helpful. We had an issue in that one of the pieces of granite had been polished on the wrong side and the folks at Troy Granite almost immediately had a new piece of granite brought to the house so they could finish the install process without any delays. The sales staff was great and exerted absolutely no pressure to get us to buy from them. They let the product and price for the product speak for itself. I would not hesitate recommending Troy Granite to anyone interested in having granite counter tops installed in their house.

Recently went with troy for new countertops and backsplash in the kitchen. From the first visit for the estimate through the final completion of thebacksplash the process was fast, easy and enjoyable. Onur was the salesman that visited the

house to work the initial estimate and he took the time to explain things with as much detail as I needed. He was there to help when I visited the warehouse to pick the granite type I wanted (Summer) and there when I selected what part of my slabs I wanted for the different counter parts (island, large counter, etc). The counters were installed within 10 days and the installation went well. The crew was prompt, helpful (pointed out something that was done incorrectly with recent dishwasher installation) and took care to ensure the flooring and cabinets were protected. The backsplash installation followed 2 weeks later and Louis worked alone all day to complete the job. His attention to detail was great and he did a beautiful job. I would recommend Troy to anyone and will use them again when it comes time to retile the bathrooms!

Troy Granite was the best! They were courteous and professional during the whole process. I was treated like I was putting in a million dollar kitchen from picking out the granite, building the template, choosing the tile, sink and faucet and finally the installation. Everyone was so nice and I would definitely recommend Troy Granite for your granite project. Now my kitchen looks like a million bucks!!!
