Driver #33 was rude, loud...complained on his cell phone to dispatch which caused him to go the complete wrong and long way to my destination-- just to up the fare....a $5 short ride quickly went to a $10 headache. Avoid at your cost.

I have been a tropical Customer for years I love the drivers they are all pretty cool and laid back there was this one lady/girl I don't remember her name but she had a sweet sexy voice that girl never made me wait more then 10mins for my cab she said 10 it was there in 6mins I don't know what the hell this girl Claudia does I call she puts me on hold I hang up call back puts me on hold again I have to wait 45mins for a cab and she tells me if i don't want to wait to call yellow or super yellow why would a company give their services to another company I don't know but I think this girl Claudia is mentally challenged she always gets my phone wrong and address I asked to speak to someone in management and she refused to give me anyone's name I use to love tropical but I don't use them anymore cause of Claudia I use yellow I don't understand how they run their company but seems to me like they don't care About their customers or customer service anymore

Bad service !! They never show up and the woman answering phone calls keep you on hold for 5 min at the Time with out answer back .

icall 2 taxi companies to go mia airport none show up ,and i call tropical taxi they came and idid not miss my flight thanks tropical

What a great company, I have been using Tropical for years. I don't care what anyone else has to say, but when it is vacation time in Miami taxi's are almost impossible to get. Yes I have had to wait longer then I have wanted but at least Tropical shows up. I have called other companies in the past and no one ever came. I find that Tropical does the best they can with the high demand there is for cabs during the busy season, otherwise they are then within 5 mins. If you see a lot of tourists in the area my best advice is to plan ahead and call a Cab earlier. Living here, I know first hand how busy it gets and how backed up traffic can be. Be smart plan ahead!

i had a situation where the taxi was delayed.. i called tropical and the dispatcher told me the driver would be at my apt in 5 minutes.. he didn't show after i waited 15 minutes.. i called tropical again and the female dispatcher screamed at me for calling..she said.. its holiday season and we're busy.. just wait and stop calling me.. i then asked one of the doormen in my building if he'd drive me to the airport since at this point i was going to miss my flight.. after i left the other doormen said tropical showed up a half hour after i left.. i have posted a flier in my building warning my other neighbors about the inferior service i received from TROPICAL TAXI.. I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN.. if they had told me the truth (whatever that was) i could have called another company. there are plenty of taxi services around. in this economy TROPICAL , if it continues to be rude to their clients will be out of business. good service is the key to keeping clients. this company should watch out, there is much competition.



my final word is . STAY AWAY FROM USING TROPICAL TAXI.

I would not recommend this service.

The person who answers the phone is unbelievably rude and unhelpful!

I cannot believe how a business with such staff stays in business.

Repulsive service!

We had such a great time with our driver! He was very informative and helpful when we had questions about the sights and attractions that surrounded our hotel. He gave us his card and then arrived promptly when we requested his services once again!

Thank you for being so dependable Mr. Ramos! We will call you back when we return to Miami once again!
