I went in to the triple s to get some chocolate milk. After drinking half it, I immediately began vomiting. The milk had been expired for a couple days. So I went back to triple S to see if they would exchange it for some Pepto Bismal. Mark, who sold me the milk, said he couldn't do it, despite the fact I had the carton, he remembered making the sale and the medicine was less than the cost of the milk. I am disappointed in the moral fiber of Mark. After selling me a product marked food, that was poison, he refused to take responsibility for his negligence. Worse, he smiled the whole time like my suffering was funny to him. He could've called the owner and gotten the medicine for free, or just marked it expired, defective or stolen. I am in there almost every day, and Mark even knows my favorite brand of cigarettes. I expect more from a neighborhood convenience store. Also, after seeing how attentive they are to expiration dates, I would be very cautious ordering any food from their kitchen.

He could have called his boss, or just reported the medicine as expired/defective. I am very disappointed in the moral fiber of Mark, if you sell someone poison in a container marked food, you should make it right. I wasn't even asking for compensation for the day of work I missed or the lunch I couldn't eat. I would think twice before grabbing a bite at their grill, seeing how loosely they check expiration dates.

The employees here are very, very friendly. This grocery store is the best for getting your groceries.
