I was attracted to Triple R in part by the pricing and in part for the fact that we had a denture repair done there several years ago.

However, when my completed denture set was delivered the upper simply fell out. It would not stay in place without using adhesives. The advice given was that it would fit better in a few days. NOT TRUE!

After about six weeks of aggravation I asked the denturist if there was anything he could or would do to resolve the fit problem.

His solution was a temporary reline that would last, "2 to 3 months". that solution would get me past the 90 day guarantee period and make me subject to charges for a permanent reline. He did the temporary reline and a couple of days later when I could make the 90+ mile trek back he removed a lot of the excess material from the reline, but did a very poor job of it. The following week I called to make an appointment to get the remaining excess material cleaned up he relayed the message through his receptionist that he had done all that he could. No appointment was made and I was informed that I could get 80% of my money refunded.

I have taken the refund and there no way that I could recommend this business to any one. Just one piece of wisdom that was shared with me many years ago, "Nothing good comes cheap and nothing cheap comes good".

Save your money and find a quality denture provider.
