In reply, this was NOT a Trio Martial Arts program that you enrolled in. The program was being run by Roy Cruz out of One-Punch Boxing Gym in Apopka. He was merely renting space from us. As far as cancelling classes, we did leave a message for you even though it was actually Roy's responsibility to contact everyone. The program was set up as an adult program for ages 16+ and against our better judgement, we bent the rules to allow your 14 year old daughter to train. When you enrolled at our initial location, there was no knowledge of any eminent move. The move to another location was forced by an illness to one of the owners of Trio Martial Arts and was an unforseen circumstance. As far as hanging up on you and your husband, that is absolutely true. The reason we hung up on you is because you both called on a Sunday, which also happened to be Palm Sunday, and became very obnoxious and using foul language which we will not tolerate. You were both told to call back during normal business hours where we would've been happy to clarify the situation. Anyone who wants to come in and meet with us, and see our facility and see what we are about for themselves is more than welcome.
