Beware of doing business with this company. We were given a wait time estimate of 15-20 minutes for the driver to arrive and tow our vehicle from the north valley to the southeast valley. The driver was very late showing up, leaving our young adult daughter stranded on the side of the road with two small children. The process to pick up our truck and deliver it from one side of the valley to the other took over two hours, and we were charged $325. The driver also left the ignition on during the entire time, draining the vehicle battery. When I called to request reimbursement for the dead battery, our request was declined. We felt that the driver we dealt with and the office staff were very rude and unprofessional. We will definitely choose another service if we have future towing needs.

Thieves.... Worst service ever. Super rude people, Mary and Tracy are the worst peopme ever... Believe they will inflate the charges... A towing that was suppost to be $250 ended up beign $2000+... And i was told by Mary if you dont pay you dint get your truck out... Be careful people don't take any chances with this company ... I am now starting a legal process against them..

I have used Tri Star both personally and professionally with my business. I highly recommend them for their professional approach and prompt service. When a vehicle is broken down on the side of a road the last thing anyone wants to do is wait.... wait... wait... Tri Star has never left one of my family members or customers waiting. Great Job!!!

I would not recommend Tri Star Transportation for any services or towing. They overcharge and rip you off, and lie. They are also very rude and not easy to work with when trying to get your vehicle back. Highly not recommend.
