Signed a contract that company will not honor

My company signed a contract with Tri-County on February 1, 2011. We were promised a credit which we never received and the company continued to bill us the old rate. It is now May, nothing has been resolved and we have been told that the contract we signed is not a contract and that Tri-County Industires can change the rate at any time. We informed our sales rep that Tri County has breached the contract and so therefore we wanted out of the contract that we may or may not have because if they are not honoring the, it may be a contract or it may not be contract, then they can not make us honor it either. Mr Bernie Schwab said that if we refused to honor the contract that he claims is not a contract then we will be responsible to pay Tri County Industries a breach fee equal to 6 months of service. I have to agree with the above comment.. The office girls are very rude .. The Sales guy that came to set up our service was very nice and made sure every thing went smooth. So when I had a question or a problem I would call him and he was right on it to fix any problem or question I had. But as for the office staff different story.... So if you get service through them make sure you call the sales guy not the office.

I have Tri County for my trash service. I have trouble getting them to pick it up sometimes,and when I call their usally disrespectful to me. They try to pass the blame to you. I did get a couple times that their truck was broketalking to. They might want to try talking to office personal. I think that if the office could handle problems better they would have happier employees.
