Tri-County Head Start Administration, part of Tri-County Community Action Program in Berlin, N.H., is a comprehensive child development program for families in New Hampshire. It offers planning and budget development, bookkeeping and accounting, payroll, information technology support and human resource services. The department also provides management support, financial assistance, central policy development, and legal and auditing services. Tri-County Community Action Program is a nonprofit organization that has been operating for more than 40 years. It also develops programs related to domestic violence and sexual assault. It is a member of the North Country Health Consortium, National Guardianship Association and National Head Start Association.
