I have been searching for a lace mermaid gown for the last year for my wedding this year in August. With no luck, I finally put $200 down on a $400 dollar Mori Lee dress from this store. I got online to look at the new Mori Lee line in hopes that maybe I would find the dress I was actually looking for but had not found. I found the dress of my dreams and called to Treasure State first to see if they could order the dress being that they carry the Mori Lee line. I was told they no longer deal with Mori Lee, so I asked if there was any way that I could get back the $200 to put towards the dress I found. The woman proceeded to tell me that I could not have amy $200 dollars back, but that I could come to the store and pick out $200 dollars worth of merchandise?! What would be the point in that? In the end, they kept my $200 and the dress. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS STORE!!!
What is this????

Rented a tux here for a dance. Had to cancel the dance and went to the shop to get my money back. I didn't even get sized for the tux. All the old lady did was write out the receipt, and they said no refunds!!!! What the heck??? Did I just pay this old lady river 55 bucks to write out a receipt??? DO NOT RENT ANYTHING FROM HERE!!!!!!!

We rented a tux through Treasure State for prom. The price was reasonable, not great. The night of the prom, the seam in the leg blew out, leaving the pants useless. When we returned the tux, they said they couldn't refund us anything because "sometimes things happen." They were rude and useless.

Well they were really nice and good in price, but they played games. I found the most amazing dress but I was scared to get it in the size they selected. My mom went and paid on it and after she paid they told us they couldn't order it in a smaller size but they would take $100 off the dress because it is discontinued. They dress was completly covered in beads so I knew if we took it in they would have to ruin some of the bead work. The day before when we bought the dress they never once told us it was discontinued and said they could order it in for us in a smaller size but once they had our money the story completly changed. However, their prices are very good.

These ladies might know what they are doing but I'm not quite sure. They are definately tallented in the grumpy old woman department. There must be better around.
