We were offering items for sale. The lady at the store was so rude that we would not sell her our items at any price. We talked to a few other stores with very nice people that made no offer. Then we went to The Mother Load in Bonita Springs who were very nice, did not insult us and offered us twice the money for our items. Steer clear of Treasure Island, because there are pirates there.

I moved to the area 6 months ago and love thrift stores, came across Treasure Island after being at Starbucks. I thought this would be a great place to find interesting objects for my new residence. Well, lets just say, no hello at the door and no assistance in the store. was very disappointed. i did buy something that day, however as soon as you have something in your hand there on you like white on rice;but if you look like your browsing, you feel like your under surveillance..its unfortunate. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and returned to see if i could see a change;i guess a leopard can't change its spots; no improvement....pity.

I live in England and visitNaples Florida quite often, each time I visit, my vacation would not be complete without spending time in Treasure Island. I could spend days just wondering around the store losing myself in nostalgia, it really is worth a visit.
