From the timing and pricing of a trip to the details and special needs, it's always a one call and forget it situation. When we experienced a problem in Mexico, one call to her was all that was required to solve it as well. We would never consider an online service even if they were cheaper, which we found was not the case. Her help in finding a destination that suited our needs as well as our budget, along with the personal service she provides, makes for a worry free vacation. I recommend her highly and wouldn't consider anyone else.
