Trattoria Sbandati is locally and family owned. The chef and owner, Juri Sbandati is a born and raised from Florence, Italy and an expert in Tuscan cuisine. We serve dinner at 5:00-close on Tuesday-Saturday from our a la carte menu. You can view our weekly menu on our website. We cater special events, weddings & more. The Trattoria Sbandati is a treat for me and my family. The food is wonderful, the wine list is great and the owners and staff are lovely. I believe that they are one of the best restaurants in Central Oregon.
