Transwest Don't Tell the Whole Truth by Steven M - 10/06/2008I bought a Tahoe from Transwest a couple of weeks ago. Well like usual, everyone wheel and deals on what you want to pay and so forth. The price came down a little with price including a DVD. I have an email confirming that I was quoted that price with DVD player installed. I also was given the out the door price in that same email. Well come to find out the out the door price was correct but then I WAS charged for the DVD to be installed. I talked to all the managers at Transwest but all I get is that I signed the paperwork and thats it. Its like they don't care about my business I brought. I also bought another truck from there and had no problems. Well thats the last of my business they will ever get!! I hate being lied to and dealers need to be careful who they cheat cuz they are starting to close down because they can't sell vehicles!! Word of Mouth does spread widely of businesses that cheat the consumer!
