The good: Pretty office, many patient amenities, friendly assistants

The bad: Too many patients, often feels like a zoo. (On several occasions, the two large waiting rooms were so full that several people were forced to stand) Long waits in the afternoon (90 minutes for a routine checkup is too long) Receptionists tend to be rude and clueless about what is going on. The Doctor spends very little time with the patient, work is done primarily by the assistants.

Overall, it feels like a "braces factory" with little personal attention. If not for the contract to treat we signed, my son would be visiting a different dr.

Overall good experience. Support staff are great. Dr. Tran seems too busy sometimes, but if you ask for additional clarification, he will do what it takes to make you feel reassured.

I am a dentist and Dr. Tran treated my daughter. Her end result was great! We are a busy family and felt their office was very accommodating.
We r lucky in Middletown to have some of the best orthodontists in the city but I picked Dr. Tran because I have seen soooooooo many of his patients in my own practice. I knew we would end with a great smile.

I've had two children go through Dr. Tran's practice and we love it there! The staff is experienced and friendly. The office is a relaxing, comfortable place to wait while your child gets treatment. Dr. Tran is very accommodating. I wouldn't even consider taking my kids anywhere else!! Ever.
