ATTENTION!!! THESE PEOPLE ARE EVIL!!! Please read ALL of the negative reviews about this campground, and stay here at your own risk. We didn’t read the reviews and we regretted it. Our experience: We checked in for five days. I had to fly to Philadelphia for business and on my return to Seattle, my plane was delayed and almost canceled due to bad weather. My wife, who is in her seventies and is disabled, told the manager that we might need a late checkout. Veronica, the manager, proceeded to scold my wife saying, “Your husband should have planned for something like that and come back a day sooner etc.” She then asked if my wife if she knew how to hook up the RV and move it out or know someone who could do it for her. When my wife answer no, she said that she would have our RV towed off the lot if it was still there after check out. In her previous job, Veronica must have been a warden in a woman’s prison and probably got fired for being too rude to inmates. (We found out later that she is the general manager/owner’s daughter, so is likely she is not able to keep a job elsewhere.) We ended up leaving their half empty “parking lot” ten minutes after their checkout time. The next day I checked my credit card online and found that she made an unauthorized $50 late charge on my credit card.
I disputed it and my card company returned my money. People, do yourself a favor and find another place to stay, any place, but don’t stay here!!

First what's good - year round...

First what's good - year round heated pool (3-8' depth) and hot tub. Theres a quarter driver sauna as well (didn't use it.) On site propane is reasonably priced for rhe area but pricy all the same (was paying nearly $1/gal less in Idaho). Public bathrooms are reasonably 'clean', but not in good shape. Nearby large grocery (walking distance), and easy freeway access N/S/E/W.

Now whats not - There's a laundry list:

First - attitude attitude attitude. The employees for the most part seem bored and rude (especially the family members of the owning family).

Second - there's not a hint of any grass in the park - it really is just a big parking lot (in poor condition at that.) Had a big problem with tracking in gravel and dirt since they don't clean their lot. The pet area outside the park is disgusting so you have to walk well down the way.

Third - Expensive, but on par with the area ($625/mo plus $9.50 charge monthly to look at your electric meter - seriously).

Fourth - If there are any problems with equipment their "professionals" are certain to determine it's your fault (so you get charge repair costs for their equip you're attached to - really.)

Fifth -

Observations - They have a documented policy that rigs more than 10yrs old cannot stay here, but they totally ignore it; about 2/3 of the park is full-time, and at least half of those are over (or way way way over) 10 yrs. Lake Pleasant RV in Bothell has same policy but enforced. There are few options, but if you look around the area at mobile parks you may find alternatives.

My .02 - look elsewhere unless you need to stay here.
