Description

Traffic Survival School is required if you received a corrective action letter from MVD or were ordered by the courts, for example:
-You were convicted of running a red light.
-You have accumulated 8-12 points on your record.
-You have received your second ticket while under the age of 18.

We hold our classes at the Four Points Hotel located on the southeast corner of Speedway Blvd and Campbell Ave. The classes run from 7:30 a.m. until about 4:00 p.m. We have class each weekend. The class fee is $45 pre-paid or a $60 money order at the door.

The cost of the class is $45 if you pre-pay, and pre-payment can be done with a MasterCard or Visa by phone, or you can pay cash or money order at our office. If you pay the day of class it is $60 in a money order.

The office is open 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. Monday through Friday, and is located at 6810 E. Broadway Blvd, Suite 101.
(second building east of Jessica on the south side of Broadway.)

We are licensed by the Arizona Motor Vehicle Division.
