Trademark transmissions has done me and my family right. We have brought all our cars to troy and he has shown great customer service and cares for his customers, not only do we get a fair price,we get great service. They do everything there,we started with a transmission that went bad,and since then we bring all are vehicles there for all sorts of repairs, very good mechanics there.

I feel the technician did not do the work that he said he did. My car was shaking and shuddering while idling and driving so I took it for the free diagnostic scan. Misfire between cylinders 1 and 3. They supposedly checked my plugs and plug wires and they supposedly did not need replacing, so they replaced my coil pack. That did not fix a thing. They told me to take it to Ford to get a computer software update; I checked with Ford and there was no update that would affect the running of my engine. So I took my car to a mechanical engineer in Corvallis who showed me how my spark plugs and wires 1 and 3 had a carbon trail. He replaced them in under 2 hours, including a trip to NAPA for the parts, and $90 later my car runs perfectly. Trademark Transmission charged me $300 for a transmission fluid flush and the coil pack, in other words, for nothing. If the technician had truly checked my plugs and plug wires, then he would have seen the problem and been able to fix it.

Having just moved to Albany from out of state I had some problems with my 2001 Isuzu Trooper. I found Trademark online and they were highly rated. I gave them a call and expalined the problem I was having and they had the vehicle towed in for repair. The vehicle was repaired very quickly and for an excellent price! Great staff and they get the work done right the first time! I will continue to bring my vehices into for services and repairs.
Trademark gave my old truck new life

I reluctantly drove my 1984 GMC truck from Salem to Trademark, in Albany, at the advice of a friend. The guys got started right away, and the staff made me feel comfortable just "hanging around", as I was stuck there until they were through. What I expected to be major...both work and expense...turned out to be routine maintenence, although they could have taken advantage of my lack of mechanical know-how. My old girl is purring, and I just wanted to thank you guys in a way that might matter.
