I don't buy large equipment there, just feed and grain. The store has a very large selection. I'd recommend it for these type of things.

On June 21, 2016, I purchased a Massimo side by side UTV from Tractor Supply in Gadsden, AL for my husband for our 48th wedding anniversary. I bought this UTV from the store manager, Brad, who assured me that the warranty would be filled out and applied for (which is the manager's responsibility according to the Massimo website, and needs to be done within 5 days). He also said he'd order a replacement windshield for it due to some defects. Today we found out neither of these things happened. I understand that mistakes happen but lying about it is no way to do business. He was dishonest about finishing the paperwork and never even put in the order for the windshield. This is not good leadership or appropriate managerial behavior. We are considering just returning the UTV and never doing business with Tractor Supply again. Just a warning: If you are dealing with Tractor Supply in Gadsden, do not take them at their word and stay on top of your orders and purchases from them.
