I would like to tell people about the worst experience that I have ever had at any business. This title now goes to town fair tire. Congratulations. I walked into town fair with one goal, get 2 new front tires for my Audi. It started ok as I agreed to purchase 2 tires and align my car for just over 300$ which is actually a pretty good deal. I handed over the keys for the car and my lug nuts, they are locked so you can't steal my rims. They broke the key inside my rim. Strike one. They then told me they couldnt fix it and they wouldnt pay for it to get fixed or for a new wheel key. They sent me to a customs shop where the owner shook his head in disappointment that he had to fix yet another mistake from town fair tire, and then glady drilled the broken part out of my rim for free. I then went to autozone and purchased a new key for my locked lug nuts. The guy there too shook his head stating that town fair has a reputation for this amd they dont know what they are doing. Strike two.
When I returned to town fair tire with the fixed rim, and the new piece, they told me to leave and go to the custom shop.so they could remove my rim and then come back. I asked them if they arent supposed to remove and mount my rims as a service of buing and balancing new tires. They called me a dirty name. Strike three.
I will never again shop here nor wish their terrible service upon my enemies (except maybe Lorna, the worst waitress I have ever had.) However, I did find an incredible custom shop in Billerica that I plan on doing all of my auto business with in the future.
