I have a STRONG suspicion they are collecting many application fees on rental properties, while telling you that you are the only one that has applied, and that it looks really good for you to get a property, then then don't call back with an answer (when they say they will). You have to call and call then you get passed up. Great way for them to collect extra cash on rentals! Beware!!!!!! The location is in a very shady part of town. Employees not professional at all. I should have went with my gut instinct on this one. Out $40!....I would give them a zero rating if I could.
have issues on your property, expect to call them daily.

We moved into a property that had damage from the previous owners (tac strips showing where the carpet met the linoleum) that we were told would be fixed within a week of the lease being signed. I called them every 3 business days for 6 months in regards to the tac strips to no avail. When I called saying our infant daughter had started crawling was when they decided to actually take care of the problem. It took me 4 months to get them to send someone out to fix the front window which had no weather strip left and let in the winter elements terribly. We have worked very hard to keep this place in top notch condition but I do not feel confident i'm going to get my refundable deposit back. We will never be renting from Town and Country again, so thankful our lease is almost up!

RENTER BEWARE!! Never rent from this Company. They will keep your security deposit even when you have the items marked on your pre-inventory sheets and leave the house in better condition. They charge you for normal wear of a home.(illegal) They do not fix any items such as a fence down when you rent. Then charge it to you new when you move out. They take advantage of any Military members because they know you are moving elsewhere. They refuse to take your calls once you move out as well. They schedule people to go thru your home the next day after you give notice. They also make you give 60 day notice instead of 30. Very shady practice. Lied about the post checklist-is son does the walkthru and tells you it looks good until you receve it in the mail and they have added things on there that dont belong.(illegal) My rent was paid thru the end of the month and they rented it out 2 days later double collecting on the rent for 9 days.(illegal) Wait a full 90 days to the day to send you a small portion of your security deposit back, and then will refuse to take your phone calls when you have been ripped off. Check out the BBB F Rating if you still need more proof. They refuse to cooperate with the investigations into their shady practice as well. You' ve been warned!
