I had a problem with my septic system at my office early Saturday morning. My office personnel noticed that the sinks had water in them, and the restroom were over flowing. I found many septic companies on line and begain to call them, many that had great reviews.These companies did have a answering service take my call and told me that they were going to pass my information back to the dispatcher. I did wait and wait I did get calls from these companies and they all told me that they couldn't do much untill Monday, Unless I wanted to pay a $325 service charge plus what ever service I would need to repair my problem. Well I figured that I would keep calling other companies. That when I went to my computer and stated to search for septic companies in the Orlando area. As you can see there isn't a shortage in companies and reviews. I begain to read and call companies that had great reviews. Well after all the calls and asking for a technical person to contact me and not a call center operator. I wasn't very sucessful. Well Saturday came to a close of our business day, and no repair came to our septic system. Sunday the office is closed so I contacted more comanies and some of the ones I called the previous day. Same run around. I had seen Total Septic company in the reviews and didn't want to call to be quite honest. The reviews were frightining. I did make a call Sunday afternoon. I was greeted by a lovely sounding person on the other end of the phone. I assumed that it was a answering service and did ask if she coulld contact the office for me. She tells me she could do one better. This is the office we answer calls 24/7 in-house. Wow that was a change of pace. I explain what the issue was with my septic from Saturday and told her that I had read some bad reviews and didn't want to call. She gave me a friendly laugh and explained to me that most of the negative reviews that you read about septic companies in general are written by our competitor's. She gave me the option of having a pump truck come out to my office on Sunday afternoon. I told her that that would be great. One of there pump trucks calls me when he's on the way and I meet him there. Very nice man named Shawn. He pumped my septic tank and inspected my system and notified me that my drain field is failing and needs to be addressed. I ask what do I need to do and how much? Well Shawn told me that he was going to contact the manager and have him speak to me on his own phone. Well a few moments later Shawn speaks to another man named Angelo. Shawn explain what he found to the gentleman on the phone and Angelo asked to speak to me. I spoke to Angelo which explained that the drain field wasn't excepting water any more. He then instructed me that he would come out on Sunday to see me. I asked is the toilets going to back up again by morning. Angelo told me as long as we didn't use 1000 gallons of water or more over night I would be fine. As I have a 1000 gallon septic tank which I nver knew either. Well I asked Angelo if we could set a time to meet Monday. Angelo told me what's good for you? I said nineish. Very good he said I'll see you then and good night. Well Monday morninig I arrive at my office at 8:45am and Angelo in already there in the parking lot. Wow I taught! Angelo greeted me and we went top the septic system site that he explained to me that he had checked ot the tank and that there wasn't much water in it at all. Angelo then gave me a quote on replacing that drain field. Wow that is expensive. Well he gave me another option. It is callec Jaws. It is a thing that gets installed into my septic tank and this will add air to my septic system and help to clean and keep clean my drain field. The price was much cheaper then a new drain field. I had the system installed. Best thing I had done. Angelo was so knowlegable and kind I had him install one for my mother also. Please read this review and give Angelo a call.
