Hate it, as a student you hardly learn anything cause clients NEVER come in and when they do theres so many students you hardly get any and because theres always "advanced" students ( sorry for the unadvanced) they get most of them and the barbers get most of the guy haircuts of the girls never really learn those thats why very very students graduate there and actually get jobs! Well that and the fact Total has the WORST reputation in Town! The older teacher are burnt out sadly and sorry! The owner Barb is really a big kid who just socializes with the students when really she needs to strictly be an owner and instructor and anything students tell her she REPEATS! Being friendly is fine but you can't be friends with your students! The new nail instructor truly has no backbone! She is really only there to get walked over by her nail techs! Malory just sits! And gets up when called oh and of course to kiss Barbs behind! The school looks like crud because Barb won't put any money into it which is sad because it has alot of potential, with just some new wood tile flooring and paint to start would to wonders! Shoot have the students paint, I'd paint! How bout this! GET RID OF KEVIN cause everytime I go to the front desk he's a jerk, use his salary to do those things and have us do the front desk! Help us out- advertise- flyers around town- not just hillyard!!!, Put an add in the inlander, on a radio station, somthing, start up a facebook! But hey I'll be gone soon and you can have your ghetto school with your ghetto students cause thats all you have here any more practically! Word of advice, better do something real soon to change that around before you lose your business! You already lost the smart half of your team (Becky)! Don't wanna lose your business too! Cause as of right now Total's reputation around town is getting worse and worse thats why every time you go in the students look dumpier and dumpier! Advice for clients- Ask for Advanced students- its worth the $3 trust me!!! Advice for future students- until changes are made go somewhere else!
