Went in on a Saturday, they took me in last minute, stayed late to do the work. They close normally at 1. We were there until 2:30 ish. I never felt rushed and they were more than happy to stay. They do good work at a fair price.

The people at Torklift truly go out of their way to help you and make sure that you are #1...safe. #2 that you are happy with the products that they install. They have an excellent warranty. I heard they are a family owned business. We need more places like this.

These guys are great with customer service. I had to arrive late because of transmission service work at a different company took longer than I was promised. Torklift hooked up my tow brake, and got me ready for my trip even though they had to stay late to do it. They have always been the best and thats why I continue to go there.

I've used their services in the past and continue to bring my business to their shop, because they are fast and I know it's done right. I have never had to return for rework. Thanks

The people at Torklift really do a great job. They got it done on time and at the price that we agreed upon in the beginning. The only downfall was that their free pop machine was down for repair and their building a/c unit was broken as well. It was very warm inside. Almost hotter inside than it was outside. They did bring in portable fans to cool down the waiting room. Hopefully they get it fixed soon. The employees looked Miserable in the heat but still showed a positive attitude.

The service was very good. I had to take the vechicle down there because my husband was in the hospital. I was treated with Kindness and respect. I was very surprised at how knowledgeable Karen was about the products that you install. She was able to answer all questions. Thank you for a very pleasant experience!

I found your business online and hoped for the best. When I dropped down the West Hill into Kent, I could not have asked for more. Not only did you put the Class III hitch on my F150 at a very reasonable price in only an hour and a half, but your technicians found a leak in my rear fuel tank. I could not have asked for, or hoped for more than the service I received at Torklift. And yet, when I went to pickup my U-Haul car transport in Des Moines on Thursday, they recognized your work immediately. The manager said. 'You had this hitch installed at Torklift.' Well if I hadn't been impressed enough at your shop on Monday, this was the icing on the cake! Thanks again."

OMG - These guys rock. - Steve and Steve are wonderful.When they first opened their hours were not condusive to those of us who work - so they changed the hours to stay open later PLUS they set up reasonable Saturday hours.Whenever I am in (which can be all too often), they recognise me, know my name, and happy to help me. They always beat Camp World pricing and I don't have to drive to Tacome to get the items (or fight CW attitude, limited hours, and high prices). PLUS they usually have an ordered item within 2 business days.I have bought replacement lightbulbs, new screen door covers, new vented tail gate, bike rack, awning lights, light covers and more. They have helped me with a recalled item too.Hands down - this is a great addition to the RV options in SKing County and great with 3 RV parks within 3 miles and 10 within 8 miles.

Their quality of work has always been outstanding. More important is any problem with a product or workmanship is rapidly repaired for no charge. Great company, that is why I always keep coming back.

simply put, I will never do business with them again. I had an aggreed price that they made me sign (promise to pay) they snuck an extra 129$ in once it was time to pay my bill. No one told me untill it was time to pay and they expeted me to pay over a hundred bucks more! They said they forgot to quote a electrical part, last time I checked...they advertise to be "the experts" While I was waiting for my rig, i had to listen to the kid behind the counter brag about his commission check, and to get every penny from every customer. Now i see why my bill was upped 129$. what happened to the paper i signed agreeing to pay the price, that was for 129 bucks less.I was not impressed at all. The customer service was some of the worst I ever had, the kid talked so fast and cut me off time and time again, and didnt answer any of my questions. These guys know everything about towing! I was referred to TL Central, formally, Torklift, because a nether hitch shop could not put a hitch on my vehicle, it was a custom hitch. Well, the guys at TL central were able to easily. They are also a licenced manufactor of hitches, so they do not go through a middle ;man, like the other shops, they actually have the raw materials there and built the hitches from scratch! They can do any hitch, as custom as you want. ###When I was being checked in, I observed the other customers comversations and listened! The customer service was impeckable! I noticed that the employees went over all the work and pricing before it was started, answered all of the questions in detail, and were all experts in towing. They said my vehicle would take 2.5 hours and I got it back in two! I found out from the sevice writer that TL CEntral is familyl owned and has been there for 31 years, no wonder the perfected and dominate the industry.
