The best customer service I have ever had! They really are the towing experts! by peeves - 10/27/2007These guys know everything about towing! I was referred to TL Central, formally, Torklift, because a nether hitch shop could not put a hitch on my vehicle, it was a custom hitch. Well, the guys at TL central were able to easily. They are also a licenced manufactor of hitches, so they do not go through a middle ;man, like the other shops, they actually have the raw materials there and built the hitches from scratch! They can do any hitch, as custom as you want.
When I was being checked in, I observed the other customers comversations and listened! The customer service was impeckable! I noticed that the employees went over all the work and pricing before it was started, answered all of the questions in detail, and were all experts in towing. They said my vehicle would take 2.5 hours and I got it back in two! I found out from the sevice writer that TL CEntral is familyl owned and has been there for 31 years, no wonder the perfected and dominate the industry.
