I've never had a nail spa charge me extra for a buffer and toe separators. That seems a tad ridiculous. The prices are a little high for what you actually get. Read Full Review on Yelp.com.
NOT Sanitary by They no longer sanitize or sterlize nail/feet tools. They just wipe with alcohol and stick back in a bag. I have witness this several times. If you go, you will end up with a disease.
