Like Grandma used to make! This is really just a 3 star place but the owner is a really nice guy so I'm giving him an extra.

Its a greasy truck stop type of place, but the food all tastes good (even if it doesn't come out as well as it went in).

I always want my experience at Top O Hill to be good. I want it to be my hang out, for me it's convenient. But I have always been disappointed.
