Gave a quote for service and was hired for the job. Showed up short handed on the day of the job. Had another job to do and left job unfinished. Upon calling owner admitted that there was more to do but if we wanted it done it'd cost double. He said he guessed he should have taken more time on his quote because it ended up being more work than he thought.....and we should have to pay for your error WHY??? We told him we were unsatisfied and he said he would give a call back later that day. He did not call back and clearly is not concerned with the quality of his work. Branches we specifically requested be removed were left intact and he said it would cost double the quote to finish the job he quoted us on. Very disappointed because he seemed like a nice guy to do business with, but we were very wrong.
