I Recently purchased a foreclosure that I am turning into a rental and there was a great deal of work to be done before I could that. Among the many things I had to do to accomplish this my greatest concern were the carpets. They look like they had never been cleaned before and they were in pretty rough shape. I called Top Notch Cleaners and they were able to fit me into the schedule within the week. Wayne and Cory were on time, professional, and did the work in a timely manner. They got the carpets looking like new and it didn't break the bank. While they were here they gave me an estimate on cleaning my air ducts as they were very dirty as well. I had them back a week later to clean the ducts and I couldn't believe what they pulled out of them. I will definitely be using them again in the future and referring them to everyone I know. My concerns were that the stains came out and that I didn't get charged more than they said the would. No only did they get alomost all the stains out (including 90% of a rubber cement stain), they did it for a great price. They didn't charge me per stair like many othe companies and there were no upcharges. The rates were very reasonable and they did an excellent job,
