I have been to this salon 3 times now. The first time I hated it and was soooo disappointed I complained and they told me I didn't know what I was talking about. The second time, I decided to give them another shot, and the second time I was equally upset. They argue with you about what you want, they try to just hurry up and get your manicure/pedicure over with so they can get more money with more customers. They don't care how well they are doing your nails. I finally went in today, because I had gel polish put on from a different salon a couple of weeks ago, and only needed it taken off (so I thought how hard is that), so they took it off. They didn't smooth the nail out after removing the gel so when they re-painted my nails, the nail is completely bumpy and un-even. Its awful. He did such a horrible job painting that the color looks uneven in places, and thick and heavy in other places. They stuck 3 of us at the "drying table" when really it only fits 2 people, and 5 minutes later they tried to tell me that my nails were dry, when they weren't even close, because they wanted my spot for another person. I will NEVER go here again. They are sooo unfriendly, rude, and awful at their job I wont give them even $5 of my money. I rather pay more money for a job that is done right.
