Tonya is the best. I rescued a St. Bernard who was petrified to go to the groomer. Tonya goes out of her way to make sure that Nellie is comfortable and she does an awesome job! Much better than I would be able to do myself. I also have a German Shepherd that is not the nicest to her and she bends over backwards to make sure that he gets a great bath. The only negative is that she is so good, it's diffiicult to get in sometimes! But well worth the wait!

I take boscoe to tonyas pampered pets for nail clippings and he just loves to see miss tonya. She greets us with a friendly smile and is very quick and professional. The place is clean and smells good and affordable! I will always bring my animals to her

Wow! I have not been treated so rudely since I left southern CA. . Tried to have my sheperd groomed two weeks ago, but she was petrified, so an appointment was made for a personal session. After stressing my dog out again, I arrived to find there had been a miscommunication about the time and was railed about how I had set the whole day back, etc. etc. I work two full time jobs, and my time is just as precious. . Next time, think of a courtesy reminder! I will find a groomer who knows how to treat customers with respect. .

I took my Shorkie to Tonya for her first grooming experience. When I walked in the place smelled awesome. No nasty wet dog smell. The place was extremely clean and defiantly looked like a doggie salon!! I loved the interior, it was very up to date and so adorable !! The staff was very professional and FRIENDLY !! I met Tonya and she gave me a tour so I would feel comfortable leaving my baby girl. She is a very compassionate person and obviously loves her job very much !! She did an amazing job on my puppy's first haircut !! I would recommend her to all my friends and family. I wouldn't trust no one else with my baby girl !! Thanks Tonya Napier we will be back every 6 weeks !

Just picked up my Shih-Tzu from Tonya's ~ he hasn't looked this good in a VERY long time....it's great to know that Tonya still cares about quality :) Thank you for giving our Coby the best care ever. We will defiantly be back....thanks again Tonya!!
