Bringing my family car here was a mistake. I was tempted by the fact that I could bring my own parts in. Long story short, my vehicle was not put back together completely, it was not on-time (an entire day late - which is kind of a big deal if you...have jobs?), they DO NOT answer their phone, have no voicemail, and worst of all - my car smells like an ash tray. They were either smoking in or near my open vehicle...there was white cigarette ash all over my freshly detailed black interior. Just what I want my newborn baby exposed to. My clothes smelled like smoke just from being in my car on the way home. Also had to sit in a cloud of smoke while paying and *asking* for a receipt. Ya I had to ask. There are laws against smoking in a place of business in Illinois. This place is a pit of scum and is filled with critters and crappy cars. Don't trip on an engine block on your way in if you decide to have your vehicle degraded here. The longer it sits in that rat hole, the more smoke it will absorb. Hacks. Seriously.

Tony has never done us wrong. He always does what he says he's going to do and charges fairly, if not less than other shops around. My vehicles have never been there longer than he said. I recently brought my escape in thinking I had issues with my inner tie rods and they took the time to inspect my vehicle and found out my rocker arms were broken. I brought it in on a Saturday and picked it up on Sunday. Tony even had to go to Aurora to get my parts on Sunday morning. I do not know of any other shops that would do this. They potentially saved my family's lives by finding the issue that we were not even aware of. I will always return to Tony's for any and all vehicle repairs we need!

Was referred to Tonys pitstop by a coworker, after seeing his shop its obvious that they take no pride in anything, Would never trust a place like that with my vehicle. i cant believe the city allows such a thing.

I brought my car to tony 2 months ago and still to this day do not have my car back. I tried calling this week and he says that he will try to work on it. Don't you think my car would be his first priority? I know cars that have been there after mine and have been done already. He is not a trustworthy man.

Sister spent a ton of unnecessary $ and multiple trips to have car repaired only to have it sabotaged on the final visit. Would never recommend! Could kill someone some day.

I didn't know this place existed until I looked up service centers online. I'm so glad I did. The staff was very courteous, answering all of my questions without taking advantage of my lack of automobile knowledge. Service was done quickly, pricing was much better than I expected, and I'm very happy with the work done. I will definately be returning the next time I need service.
