I bring my dog at least three times a week for day care. He can tell when he is going and is so excited we barely get out the door. He also boards on occasion and I used to hate boarding him but now I don't mind as he has so much fun. Tucker loves the staff they treat him like their own. I sometimes overfeed him but that's ok now as a day at day care does the trick in keeping him fit. I honestly don't know what I would do without them

They have kept our 2 dogs numerous times over the past 6 years. You can tell they really love what they do and care for the animals. Their groomer is awesome too!!

I waited a few days to post this so I could deal with my grief better and do a public service announcement at the same time. I am one of the Leads for Spring Creek Oaks and I also rescue animals. I have always used Louetta Pet Resort for my animals when I travel. This would have been my 5th time to use them and never had any problems. I believe they have new management or something has changed. All I know is my dog was fine and then I have my best friend pick her up for me so she and my other 2 there will be at home when I get there and my dog is half dead. 95 degree temp and hardly any pulse. I NEVER GOT A PHONE CALL FROM THEM. They claim she was fine and it just happened. I took to the Emergency Vet at 2920 and 45. They told me she had dried blood in her mouth and throat and it was also coming out the backside and had been this way for well over 24 hours. When I received the pet blanket i sent with her it was all bleached out. I asked them if she had thrown up blood and they said no but yet they sure threw that blanket in the wash with Clorox Bleach to cover their tracks about the blood. They showed no remorse for what had happened only interested in covering with lies. IF YOU TAKE YOUR DOG HERE DO AT YOUR OWN RISK. My dog could have been saved if they had called me and gotten her to the clinic in time. My heart is broken. For my neighbor Dawn.

Love this place!! Staff is very friendly, facility is clean and my dog seems to enjoy their doggy daycare.

DOG DEAD AFTER BOARDING WITH TOMBALL/LOUETTA ANIMAL RESORT

They killed my dog Shotzy on 5/7/17. The Vet comfirmed that she had been throwing up blood for at least 24 hours and THEY NEVER CALLED ME. When she was picked up she had a 95 degree temp and hardly any blood pressure. They bleached out the blanket I sent with her to cover their tracks and get rid of the blood. This happened where someone should have been there on Sunday morning to lets the dogs out and no one came until that afternoon. The owner never called until yesterday ONE WEEK LATER. I am the Lead for Nextdoor in my neighborhood of SCO and there are so many people that have had bad experiences that it is overwhelming. They are in the process of being turned in as we speak. It will not go well for this place.

Been using them for years anyways for boarding, but have recently started using daycare at the samller location, and I jhust couldnt be happier!



They have really nice yards with several activities and staff is always on hand!

I´m always greeted with a smile whenever I walk in. I board my dogs here all the time and it eases my mind because I know they will always get taken care of.

Really love this place. Clean, friendly and knowledgable staff. 10/10 recommend to everyone.

I absolutely love the tomball pet resort on louetta! A few weeks ago I boarded my pets there when we had a last minute trip due to a family emergency. My two dogs Bo and Skylar absolutely LOVED it! ... When we came in to drop them off we were greeted by extremely friendly staff! They got to us right away and were very thorough when getting instructions from me for their stay. It was our very first time boarding and our little girl was very sad to leave them. The pet resort staff completely understood, and they allowed my daughter to come back to her cute little room to see where she will be staying and to say goodbye. Her room was very clean, had cute decorations, a bed , and a tv! My daughter came back up with a smile on her face , and was excited because she felt that they would experience a little vacation themselves! ... We got a great rate because of the weekly special they offer. They also had very inexpensive grooms the day we picked them up. They have EXCELLENT groomers, especially for it being so cheap! When we picked them up they looked AMAZING and smelled awesome! Bo and Skylar were excited to see us but didn't want to leave the pet resort! I guess that is a good sign! Very knowledgeable, friendly, and sweet staff! Very clean and such a fun environment. I will forever use The Tomball Pet Resort Louetta for everything. I even have enrolled both my dogs in their awesome obedience training program and their day care that's only 10 dollars a day!!!! I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants extraordinary and loving care for their pets !!!
