DO NOT use this business

This business repeatedly acted unprofessionally and in bad faith. I had hoped to support local business, however DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS. When I first contacted them, I asked for a quote for my lawn to be mowed. Over the phone the owner, Todd, said he would drive by, so he could call me later that day with a quote. He never called with a price quote. Then the next day the crew came, and started to unload to mow the lawn, without any authorization. My fiancée happened to be home, and decided to let them, but if he hadn’t, they would have mowed the lawn without authorization, because they were told by the owner, by Todd, to do the lawn. When we got the bill, my fiancé tried to pay. Their invoices said they accepted Visa, and to call for more information. He called repeatedly to pay over the phone, and they never answered the phone, nor did they return his calls. Then I get a second invoice in the mail, with a very nasty and unprofessional written note stating, “Even if you turned the bill over to your boyfriend, you are still liable for the charge. So I would suggest you get him to pay, otherwise we will meet in court” This is unacceptable to me. We tried repeatedly to pay via the methods listed in their invoice, and it was through the failure of Todd’s Landscape processes (or lack thereof) that resulted in your company not to be paid in a timely manner. And then Todd threatened us. Unacceptable, unprofessional, and completely acted in bad faith.

Amanda, I am sorry that you feel this way. I was under the impression we had your approval to care for your yard. In the future we will strive harder to avoid the miscommunication problem which occurred here.
