TMI sandblasts and paints structures such as water towers, tanks, structural steel and bridges. We have men experienced in coating/lining tanks, coating dikes, pits, sumps and concrete floors. TMI also has experience in building restoration/painting including tuck pointing, brick and block replacement and coating.

As an industrial contractor (no residential work) we work weekends and holidays to accommodate the client's schedule. TMI uses industry leading products such as TMI Fiberlife, an industrial floor topping made of specially formulated chemical resistant resins and fiberglass mat reinforcement and TMI Chem-Resist, a colored two-component, low odor, 100% solids epoxy designed especially for flooring applications subjected to heavy traffic, chemicals, areas requiring a safety non-skid surface, etc. This coating is extremely durable, sanitary and easy to clean.
